The W2100 is our flagship planer. Driven by 700hp,
it is able to achieve high outputs with ease.
Power - The 2000mm is driven by a powerful
6-cylinder in-line engine built by Caterpillar and rated at
421 kW for high performance in tough conditions and with a
neat, milled result.
Large milling depth - a milling depth of
up to 320 mm makes it possible to remove complete carriageway
pavements in a single pass.
Ergonomically designed - the operatorŐs
platform is user-friendly with two pivoting control consoles,
ensuring that the driver has an optimum view of the road without
losing sight of the control console. Finger light, all-track
steering joysticks simplifies manoeuvring.
High technology - the operator can constantly
receive comprehensive up-to-the-minute information on the
machineŐs current operating status. The automatic level control
ensures accurate control of the milling depth.
Good manoeuvrability - the 2000mm has been
designed in such a way that even small radii can be rounded
effortlessly. With a turning radius of less than 2.10m, it
can still do a perfect job even on confined sites. The large
crawler tracks are lined with polyurethane shoes to ensure
good traction - and without damaging the pavement.
Flexibility - the wide, steep-incline belt
conveyor ensures that the milled material is discharged rapidly
and the conveyor system can not only be slewed, but also vertically
adjusted.
Large tanks - the water and diesel tanks
are integrated into the chassis. Thanks to their large capacity,
it is rarely necessary to interrupt operations in order to
refuel.
Safe - retaining lugs, working lights and
other safety features protect the operators and allow the
work to proceed rapidly.
